A new way to sell

Fe y Alegría maintains the tradition of organizing an annual raffle to raise funds for more than 100,000 children of the foundation. In 2019, the raffle could not be held due to the pandemic.

The idea was then raised to hold the first 100% virtual Great Fe y Alegría Raffle for 2020, thus opening new opportunities for the scope of the Raffle, now allowing people abroad to have access to buy tickets.

Checkout process in 1 minute

Among the important challenges to solve was accessibility, anyone with any type of mobile device or computer should be able to access the raffle without any problem.

The target audience ranged from young people to seniors, so the process had to be simple and fast enough.

Finally, it was possible to create a purchase flow of between 1 to 2 minutes maximum. On the first day, 2,500 tickets were sold.
